How does it work?

Every waiter using the mobile device can control the tables and has preview of their availability. That enables him to eliminate the unnecessary waiting and immediately to accommodate the guests. The system provide faster and more efficient service operations that results in more satisfied guests and more revenue. Also there is no line-busting at the cashier station and unnecessary waiting for the customers to be served. Orders are made at the table and can be changed, completed or closed via the same device, a command is sent to the bar and the kitchen and the order is printed and prepared, without loosing precious time.

At every counter, a computer and fiscal cash register are installed that are used for ordering from the bar, while the waiters are ordering from the mobile device- Pocket PC. The guest’s orders are wirelessly transmitted to the kitchen or to the bar where the orders are printed, wherewith the waiter is available all the time and immediately can take other orders.

In the kitchen is installed thermal printer that is used to print the orders made via the mobile device, so they can be prepared immediately without loosing time to be ordered personally by the waiter. After the order is ready a signal is sent to the waiter's mobile device.

All the system is controlled by the main computer -server from where can be added and set all program's parameters and can be printed all neccessary reports. Also via the module for inventory control you have control over the inventory, purchase orders and daily work.

This program can be connected on Internet so the manager can have dailiy reports and can have overall control over the personnel, the orders and the inventory.
